Day 8: the off day

Today I couldn’t do anything.  I started out working on my toprock, then my six-step, then I could barely move.  My body is not sore or anything, I am just tired.

This teaches us a lesson: sometimes there will be an off day.  And that’s okay.

After laying on the ground for about 15 minutes, I watched this video to cheer me up.

Tip of the day: Get a good night’s rest before the day of practicing.
